The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Famli may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party at any time, without requiring your prior consent or providing further notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms, or subcontract any part of your obligations, to any other person or entity without Famli’s prior written approval.
A delay or failure by Famli to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy will not prevent further exercise of that or any other right or remedy under these Terms.
The Famli shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms due to a Force Majeure event. During such events, its obligations shall remain suspended for the duration of the disruption. A “Force Majeure Event” includes any circumstance beyond the Famli’s reasonable control such as system unavailability, change in law, cyberattacks, data breaches, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, lockdowns, power outages, or telecommunication/network failures.
